In Yoga, you concentrate entirely on the movement that you are currently performing. This is a practice of mindfulness, body awareness and inner strength. Yoga can help you resolve physical and emotional blockades and meet everyday challenges with more calmness and self-assurance.

Hatha Yoga follows a holistic path to physical, mental and spiritual health. The goal is to get a healthy body, and a clear and balanced mind. In my Hatha Yoga classes I combine a variety of classical elements:

 

Slow, powerful and flowing physical exercises (Asanas)

breathing exercises (Pranayama)

Relaxation at the end of the class (Shavasana)

 


The main part consists of Asanas, the physical exercises in which we strive equally for a balance between stability (Stira) and lightness (Sukha). The breathing exercises and the short final relaxation improve your body awareness and mindfulness. After my yoga lessons, you will feel strengthened, satisfied and relaxed.


yin yoga


the strengtH is to be found in serenity

Yin Yoga is a very meditative way of yoga. It is all about the art of letting go, about peace and ease. In Yin Yoga, we passively let ourselves sink into seated or lying postures. That's why this type of yoga works without muscle tension.

 

The poses are held for three or five minutes each. This has a powerful effect all the way down to the deepest layers of the body. The Nervous system, joints, ligaments, tendons, bones and the entire fascia- and meridian system are being stimulated.

 


Through Yin Yoga, blockages like back pain, can be resolved in a gentle way. It opens and widens narrowed structures, improves the flow of energy in the body and ensures mental regeneration. With Yin Yoga, you reduce physical, mental and emotional stress.

aerial flow


coordination, balance and a lot of fun

Aerial Flow takes place in lofty heights in an aerial hammock. It's a mix of Yoga and Pilates methods with a few extra acrobatic elements. The movements in the hammock are great fun, while you are exercising your balance and coordination.

 

 

You will rediscover and strengthen your body and learn exciting new movements. Aerial Flow takes a bit of courage and trust which leaves you confident and positive at the end of every lesson.
