Fascia is internal connective tissue that wraps around organs and muscles, providing support and holding parts together. It connects layers of muscle and surrounds all internal body tissues. It is our most important sensory organ that can register how we move, how we feel and how we think. The tension of the fascia holds our body together and provides a dynamic system of stabilization, which is very important for our well-being. Through specific training, this tissue is being regenerated and remains mobile.
In the myofascial training sessions, I use the Yoga & Pilates Slings method. It uses basic yoga and Pilates exercises, which optimize the fascia-muscle chain and was developed to gain positive long-term effects. Through targeted breathing exercises and movements, the fascia is stretched and contracted repeatedly.
In this way, myofascial meridians help pass on energy to the fascia so you will immediately feel the positive effect. Your mindfulness will increase, your attitude will be improved and your energy system will be maintained at a high level.
In the summer months of July and August, the trainings on Wednesday take place outdoor (8:30 to 9:30 clock). Our goal is to balance and strengthen our muscle-fascia connections and attain holistic harmony.
In the glorious morning sun at Chasté near Sils (situated at the lake), you will find peace and repose. Especially holiday visitors enjoy this outdoor session again and again.
The outdoor session is subject to weather conditions. Please check my website for detailed information.
