From Monday 20 December 2021, the 2G rule will apply to indoor sports activities. This means that training sessions can only be attended with a valid Covid certificate
(vaccinated or recovered). Please bring the certificate and your ID with you to your training session. This is only necessary for the first training session and is only due again after the
validity of the respective certificate has expired.
To ensure that you can continue to train with your acquired subscribers and do not miss anything, there is the possibility to join the Zoom training live or with the respective recording link
which is valid for one week. Please feel free to contact me in this regard.
Before and after the training, I still ask you to wash or disinfect your hands thoroughly. Disinfectant, disposable towels and a locked bin are provided.
I ask you to stay home if you have any symptoms of illness. If you have any symptoms, please sign out of the training session well in advance. When you are feeling symptom-free again, you are
of course welcome back.
Masks are compulsory: Masks are compulsory in public indoor areas. Further information can be found under the following link: https://www.bgb-schweiz.ch/2021/12/coronavirus/.
A contract tracing list will be kept.
We still do not greet by handshake, but the cordiality of the greeting will of course be maintained.
All mats, equipment and tools are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each session. The rooms are well aired between classes and cleaned daily.
If possible, bring your own mat. Alternatively, bring a large cloth and a drink bottle if needed.
After the training session, please leave the studio quickly so that there is no crowd of people.
Furthermore, regular exercise, healthy food and fresh air support the immune system and give us a good body feeling.
The protection concept is valid from 20 December 2021 and is based on the latest requirements of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (BAG).
